Unpack & Sterile Prep
Wash your hands and forearms thoroughly. Remove the grow kit from the carton box. Rinse the lid with water, dry it, and store it in the carton for later use.
The 5-Minute Soak
Fill the container with lukewarm water (approx. 20°C) to the edge. Put the lid back on and let it soak for exactly 5 minutes. Important: Never soak for more than 1 hour.
Drain Thoroughly
Remove the lid and pour out all excess water. Let the container drain for about 10 seconds to ensure no standing water remains at the bottom.
Bag Hydration
Pour 200ml to 250ml of lukewarm water (20°C) into the grow bag. Place the kit (without lid) inside the bag, making sure the bag's water doesn't enter the container.
Seal the Environment
Fold the top of the bag twice and secure it with the provided paperclips. This creates the humid micro-climate needed for colonization.
Placement & Wait
Place in a warm spot (20-25°C). Avoid direct sunlight or radiators. Keep the bag closed until the first pinheads (tiny caps) appear.
Fresh Air & Misting
Once mushrooms appear, open the bag daily for 1-2 minutes for fresh air. Mist the inside walls of the bag with water (never spray the mushrooms directly).
The Harvest
Harvest when the membranes under the caps start to tear. Wash hands, grab the mushroom at the base, and twist gently to remove it entirely.
